Features & Benefits / Specifications / Stock Dimensions

The TEMPIO is designed to be a sleek and fast pointing shotgun in the field, the perfect companion. Its low-profile receiver matched with a trim stock, prince-of-whales grip and schnable forend make the gun a perfect match for fast game birds. Each Tempio is carefully engineered to balance near the hinge point. This distributes the weight between the hands evenly and is the secret to a truly well balanced shotgun. The receiver is embellished with full coverage Bulino style engraving featuring gold Grouse, Quail, and Pheasant game scenes complemented by fine scroll. All engravings are designed and executed by the world famous Giovanelli engraving house. The rich grey finish is our durable Tinaloy™ alloy making the Tempio receiver resistant to rust and wear. The stock incorporates a classic Price-of-Wales style grip that enhances the guns’ trim lines. The meticulously fit wood butt plate allows for snag-free gun mounts and adds a custom look and feel. The Tempio is also one of our best values as it includes the same deluxe grade of Circassian walnut as the Magnus series, including the hand rubbed oil finish. Other features include:

This model was designed to appeal to the discriminating hunter that appreciates a classic shotgun with timeless features. The Magnus has an elegantly sculpted sidelock style receiver with fine scroll engraving featuring gold Grouse, Quail, and Pheasant game scenes with case hardened finish. The unique sideplates have no pins or screws for a perfectly smooth receiver and uninterrupted engraving. The Magnus series receives a deluxe grade Turkish walnut stock with a traditional hand rubbed oil finish to enhance the highly figured grain. The meticulously fit wood butt plate allows for snag-free gun mounts and adds a custom look and feel. The pistol grip is in the prince-of-wales style with the length-of-pull being fourteen and one-half inches. In front of the receiver, the forend is a schnable design and incorporates an Anson button latch identical to the most expensive British guns. With the hunters safety in mind, we created innovative dual internal safeties: an interceptor notch on the sear and an independent inertia block. Both reduce the risk of an accidental discharge if the gun is dropped without ever reducing performance.

Chosen as the best new shotgun for 2003 by a panel of experts at Outdoor Life magazine, the Magnus Light is truly an extraordinary shotgun. The Magnus Light was created to be the most attractive alloy frame over-and-under available. It weighs an astounding five and three-quarter pounds in twelve gauge and barely over five pounds in twenty and twenty-eight gauges. Every detail is carefully considered to reduce weight and maintain balance. The frame is machined from a solid alloy forging costing considerably more than steel. Durability is ensured through the use of hardened steel at all high-wear points. To make the gun as light as possible and maintain perfect balance, we hollow the stock and craft the forend hardware from the same alloy as the receiver. If you hunt demanding terrain or just appreciate a light, responsive bird gun, the Magnus Light is the shotgun of choice.  Other features include:

At Caesar Guerini we are all avid bird hunters. We wanted a gun that would truly reflect our deep passion for fall coverts, autumn foliage, wet gundogs, and the smell of wood smoke. The Woodlander is the shotgun you imagine in such a setting. It was created to be a classic upland game gun for tight coverts and fast-flying birds. Its English style straight grip stock and schnable forend make the guns’ lines elegant and trim. The meticulously fit wood butt plate allows for snag-free gun mounts and adds a custom look and feel. Every Woodlander stock and forend are crafted from select grade Circassian walnut with cut checkering and a traditional high luster oil finish to enhance the figured grain. The boxlock receiver is finished conservatively with traditional case hardening with a single gold Ruffed Grouse executed in the Bulino style on the receiver bottom. The lightweight barrels have solid center ribs to keep out debris, 6mm top rib and a high luster deep blue finish. Every Caesar Guerini shotgun incorporates dual internal safeties: an interceptor notch on the sear and an independent inertia block, both reduce the risk of an accidental discharge.
